Charnay Mothershed is a Human Resources Professional and former JuCo and Division I Women's Basketball Standout. Charnay earned National and Conference Player of the Week honors, and was a 2nd Team All-Conference selection. Upon graduating with an associates degree, She went on to transfer to Division I, University of North Dakota. Senior year she helped UND to a Conference Championship Title, was selected as player of the week, and was a member of the All-Conference selection team. As a high school multi-sport student athlete at South Mountain High School, she was a part of five State Championship (5A) Teams. Winning four state titles in Track & Field, and one state title in Basketball her Senior year. Her freshman HS basketball team had a record breaking season finishing 18-0.

Charnay has a passion for coaching and mentoring young people and is grateful to have the opportunity to use the talents God has blessed her with to help others.
