Chiniqua Bright
Coach Bright is entering her third season as the Head Coach of the Bears. She comes to us from Skyline High School in Mesa, AZ where she ran the varsity program for 5 seasons and lead the coyotes to their first 6A post season visit in 2018-2019. During her span there she built strong relationships with players, families and coaches. Coach Bright started her coaching career under the tutelage of Henry Bribiescas at Mesa Mountain View. She also coached a national AAU team for the Arizona Bluestars, The Show and most recently Copper State. She is an Arizona native who attended Desert Vista High School, where she lettered in basketball and track. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in secondary education from Arizona State University and teaches PE at Basha High School. Coach Bright is excited to be apart of the Basha Family and to continue to build and support her student athletes on and off the court
