During her Junior year at Basha, she committed to play college softball at Lindenwood University - just outside of St. Louis, Missouri. She attended Lindenwood from 2018-2022 and competed at the NCAA Division II level. Lindenwood has since transitioned to the Division I level as of June 2022. Kayla has since moved home to begin her career working for the Arizona Cardinals Football Organization, and she also is a volunteer coach at Payne Jr. High. She is beginning her first season as the Assistant Varsity Coach for Basha Softball in order to give back to the program that gave so much to her!
