Kailey Pomeroy
Kailey Pomeroy (Regester) was born and raised in Arizona where she attended Basha High School from 2009 to 2012. In her time at Basha she was part of two State Runner-ups (2011 and 2012) and one State Championship (2009). Kailey continued her softball career Grand Canyon University and was a part of their WAC Championship team in 2014. In her career at GCU Kailey had 58 appearances and over 200 innings pitched. She was chosen Second Team All- PacWest in 2013 and in 2014 posted one of her best games against The University of Arizona with 6.2 innings pitched, allowing just one hit and no runs.
Kailey Graduated from GCU with her degree in Healthcare Administration. She excepted a coaching position with Arizona Christian University, as their pitching and catching coach for the 2016–2017 season. She also coached with the Firecrackers- AZ organization from 2015-2018 and then with Arizona Storm Club the 2019 year before retiring from club softball.
Kailey returned to Basha high school in 2019 as the Pitching Coach. In October of 2021 she was named Head Coach for the Basha Program.
