Izaih Johnson continues to be a steady force in Basha's starting squad. His quiet leadership and confidence shows in his game. Do not be fooled by his size, he plays much larger than his 5'9" frame. Blocking shots under the hoop consistently in the last 4 games. He plays both ends of the court. He can shoot from all areas of the court consistently well, however, that is not his main talent. When you think about true point guards, this kid, is a true point guard. The conductor of the offense, he reads the court well and doesn't try to force plays, he takes what is given by the defense. Coaches should pay attention, this kid doesn't take time off, he is in the mix every single play he is on the court. Looking forward to watching more of him.
