This will be a full day of racing. Athletes need to report to the starting line check in as a full team. Athletes also must be race ready. Check in begins 20 minutes before the start of each race.
Basha, Higley, Corona, South Mountain, Chandler, Desert Vista, Maryvale, Hamilton, Williams Field, Cesar Chavez, Camelback, Perry, Trevor Browne, Casteel, Sunnyside
State Qualification: The top 1/2 of full teams scores will advance to the state meet. Thus, if ten (10) teams have a team score, then five (5) teams will advance to state. IF there is an odd number, the next number up for advancement will go. Thus, if eleven (11) teams have a team score then six (6) teams will advance. The top seven (7) individuals from the teams NOT advancing will advance to state. Thus every section will have seven individuals that will advance to the state meet.
Awards: Medals will be awarded to the top fourteen (14) individuals in each sectional race. The top team will receive a Sectional Championship Plaque.
